For Wood Ottoman Tray Made From Reclaimed Pallet Wood Serving Tray
The tray is lovely! I would have liked to have been told that the bottom of the tray (on which glasses /bowls/plates might be set) was not going to be even or flat. Am sure that working with reclaimed wood has something to do with this. Knots, scratches, etc. would not be surprising, but the fact that the bottom of this tray is not even or "sealed" does. Still a beautiful piece. Just have to tell the kids not spill anything on it! :)

LOVE the reclaimed wood ottoman tray that Matt created for me!! A beautiful piece that looks just like the picture(s) and Matt had no issue at all customizing the size for me. I was always kept in the loop regarding the status of the project as well as shipping plans.... I'd absolutely recommend Matt and would not hesitate to commission another piece if the need arises!

For Personalized Wood Chest Large Made From Reclaimed Wood Pallets - Hope Chest - Toy Chest
Our toy box arrived damaged and the hinges used were rather cheap and not a slow-close or safety hinge. Not requesting those hinges was my mistake though, I expected it to be standard on a heavy wood toy box where the lid could easily slam down crushing a child's hand. Also, I did not report the damage in shipping to the builder b/c we had just lost our home in the Moore, OK tornado and had more pressing matters to attend to. So in the builder's defense, I did not give him the opportunity to rectify the things I was dissatisfied with.

Area served: We serve the entire continental United States. International clients are welcome to contact us for specialized project dimensions and shipping quotes. Shipping Methods: We utilize Fedex Home Delivery for a majority of our shipments. We may use USPS for our international clients. Oversize items will ship via the most economical and reliable solution available. Local pickups are always welcome!
Installation Policy
Most of our projects come pre-assembled. Please see the individual project for details about assembly and installation instructions. We are always available by email or phone if there are ever any questions.
Maker Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason. We will be in contact with you on any custom piece to make sure the outcome is what you are expecting when you purchase. If you have an issue with your product, please contact us through Custommade so that we can assist you in any way we can. Your satisfaction is our ultimate concern. Any product that is damaged during shipping should first have a claim filed with the shipping company. We place addequate insurance on all packages.
