The tiles turned out beautiful. They were very well packaged and arrived via USPS in perfect condition, in spite of how fragile they were.

It was a pleasure to work with Kathy. She was responsive and helpful with suggestions. The project was completed and shipped as promised and on time. Best of all, it looks great. This was a group gift to a co-worker who is retiring, and everyone was delighted with it, especially the recipient! Kathy does lovely work for excellent value.

Kathy agreed to custom make a house plaque for my vacation rental. She completed the project faster than expected and I am very satisfied with her work. The plaque looks great on my house and helps with my branding. I would use Kathy again for similar projects and would recommend her. My only criticism (and its a small one) is that the plaque was flat on the back with no way to hang it on the house. I found out afterwards that if I had asked Kathy would have added a hanging device to my order. Most of her tiles are installed in mortar directly to the house. I solved the issue with a plate hanger from Home Depot. Thanks Kathy for a job well done.
