Remillard Signs

Overall I am happy with the company and the service. However one sign was made using a "Bold" type and the other one not. I liked the "Bold" type much better. I have a photo to show the difference but I see no way to attach it. Also in fasting the foam wrap around the sign for shipping they used clear shipping tape when I removed the tape it left a sticky residue, I'm hoping that maybe using alcohol will remove it.

This was my second sign from Custommade.. I was very pleased with the first one .. It still looks great after many years.. I hope this one will last too.. Thank you ..

It is very easy to work with these folks. They communicate quickly, and their products are excellent. I rated shipping as average here, since it wouldn't submit if blank, but we had a special circumstance. Both signs were shipped out on the 10th, which was timely, and the first one arrived quickly. The second one only arrived today. This was not the fault of Cedar Name Signs, but USPS for some reason separated them. I hate to rate anything down, however, because we all know that recently USPS has been put under unreasonable stress. I wouldn't hesitate to work with these folks again..

The sign they created for me was so beautiful that the person I sent it to (it was a gift) was worried about hanging it up outside! The quality of work and the end result is exceptional. As a result, they are pretty busy. Communication was fine but not exceptional, and they let me know their timeline likely didn't match mine (turned out by a fair bit). I'd definitely use them again!

I’m very happy with my two signs made. The carving is quality, as well as, the edging. If I want more signs made, Custom Made, with Loren and Rhonda, will be the wood carvers I call on to do it. ??????????

Just what I wanted and looks great!

When we found Custom Made online we followed the instructions using the examples. We received an email back stating our request could not be handled.. A few days later we received an email stating it could be done with an example and a shipping time estimate. Unfortunately we did not see the shipping estimate date. There was no further communication. We were beginning to think we were scammed. Overall communication on the project was slow and minimal. The end product is satisfactory.

I am very happy with my engraved wood house sign. It is ver well done and exactly like I approved. Didn’t get exactly when I wanted but weather issues affected that. Communication from suppliers was great. I asked question and received quick response.

We LOVE our treehouse sign! We had it ripped open and nailed over the treehouse door before the UPS man could turn off our road! Thank you so much for giving our labor of love its final accessory. We definitely saved the best for last! :-)

The sign is beautiful! Very nice work.

We bought a sign for a gift. The sign was well made and is well loved by our family member. The ordering was easy and the delivery onetime.

This was a terrible experience and I highly recommend avoiding this company; not only were they 10+ weeks delayed in shipping the sign for our Family Garden, it showed up broken in half and of terrible quality (cheap wood); pictures were provided to them for proof. This was then followed-up by them with excuse after excuse after excuse. I requested that a new sign to be made and shipped prior to the Easter Holiday for my family; that didn’t happen. I then asked for a new sign to be made and shipped prior to Mother’s Day; that didn’t happen. Finally, after 12 weeks of delays, excuses and back and forth, I asked for a full refund due to the situation; this was quickly met with a ridiculous process relative to returning their sign through UPS and “consideration of a refund”. I strongly avoiding this company; they are unprofessional and I couldn’t be more disappointed in my experience with them. Find someone else..

I love these Cedar Signs. Very professional and a joy to look at. Thank you!
