Pieces of Trees is a father & son custom woodworking shop. We specialize in turning and furniture. Dennis has been working with wood since childhood learning a great deal from his father. After retiring from the military, Dennis decided to pursue a degree in Fine Arts-Woodworking. He received his BFA in 1995 from Tennessee Technological University. Since then he has been producing one of a kind custom pieces for clients nationwide. Kevin began wood working in high school, and his passion was reignited when he began helping his father in the shop. In 2004, Kevin joined his father in woodworking as an apprentice. Their combined styles and visions of the projects unite to create beautiful yet functional custom pieces.

Dennis was quick to respond once I posted my project. His knowledge of what would work in terms of size was helpful so I would have a product that lasted. He kept me in the loop the entire time and presented me with options when appropriate. Additionally, he was very competitive with his rates that others quoted more for. As soon as he was finished-a matter of a few days, he ship the cutting board and provided me with a tracking number. The board is exactly what i was looking for. I HIGHLY recommend them!
