For Desk base/legs
David helped with a very special piece for me - a custom architecture style desk as a wedding gift for my husband. He was only supposed to have to replace the legs/base of the desk since I had worked with an Etsy vendor on the main part, but I had a major issue with UPS and the desk arrived completely messed up. He redid the desk entirely - improving it with a more functional style and engraving my husband's initials to add a personal touch. Throughout the ordeal with UPS, David was extremely patient and helpful. He was completely fair on pricing when I was adding more to his plate than expected on a tight time frame. He went well above and beyond to make this desk exactly what I wanted and I'll always be grateful. We absolutely love how the desk turned out looks-wise, but it's also perfect for my husband's home office. Thank you David for being so easy to work with and making this perfect gift a reality!! Beth

Shipping Policy
Shipping is usually handled via LTL truck. Please specify if there are any special instructions/requirements. For example, most residential deliveries require a lift gate.

At Mill & Forge we strive to give our clients the best possible buying experience. We do have a few policies given the custom nature of our services. -All sales are final on custom projects. -Unless mutually agreed upon (by client and M&F)cancellation's result in deposit forfeiture. Also, we do our best to communicate effectively and timely with clients. Lead times start once shop drawings have been approved, releasing Mill & Forge to fabricate. Thank you.
