Fast Jonny Custom Design specializes in custom Metal Work with CNC Plasma cutting technology. Helping customers take ideas, sketches, drawings, pictures of what they are looking for and turning them into reality. Capable of cutting steel, aluminum, and stainless steel thin gauge sheet metal up through 3/4" plate. Projects include functional everyday objects to fancy decorative artwork.

Shipping Policy
Fast Jonny Custom Design ships anywhere in the U.S. After discussing the basics of your project I will ballpark weights and dimensions and obtain shipping quotes that will be included in the total project price. If the customer decides to make a change after the initial agreement that may affect the shipping charges, a new shipping quote will be obtained and mutually agreed upon before continuing.
Maker Policy
Fast Jonny Custom Design strongly recommends that a full discussion of the project is had upfront so that both parties may fully understand the scope of the project and possible discrepancies of interpretation. We will accept returned items and issue a full refund for any product non conformance or defect that is not aligned with the overall style and goal of the project. With some rustic or other 'aged' projects there are inherently some defects that add to the overall appeal that are not covered. Fast Jonny Custom Design reserves the right to an attempted product remedy of a non-conformance first before issuing a full refund. Any additional shipping is not covered. Any structural defects that could lead to a product failure is covered by our return policy. In the even that a project is cancelled prior to shipment, Fast Jonny Custom Design will refund any money that has not been incurred as a cost at that time. For stock items, or other items that may be appealing to the general public, a mutual agreement will be made at that time after assessing the item if a full refund may be allowed as the item could have re-sale value. This also applies to items shipped without a defect and returned on the customers account. Any item that has such personalized detail that it would not be relevant or appealing to the general public will not be issued a full refund and go along with the incurred cost statement above.
