DO NOT use this maker. I am extremely disappointed and strongly advise against working with him. First, he stated that he would deliver the project to me himself, leading me to believe the quote he sent was for materials and labor only. Instead, the project was shipped to me, which means I paid for shipping when I was told I wouldn't have to. Strike one. Secondly, he stated that his design would have multiple layers, which is why I chose him over the other artists that contacted me and said they would cut the design out of sheet metal and it would only be one layer (for about half the price) . What I received was just one layer, the design cut out of sheet metal. Strike two. Furious, I emailed him and he finally called me (this was the first communication we'd had over the phone through this whole process). I told him my frustrations and suggested I send the project back to him to be completed as it was supposed to be. He agreed and apologized for not communicating. However, he refused to pay shipping back to him. Because his original offer was to drive the project down to us because he "wasn't far", I suggested he come pick it up. Again, he refused. I offered to meet him in Charlotte, NC which is 2 hours away for me and 3 hours away from him. Again, he refused. Finally, I demanded he refund half the price of the project since he did not fulfill his end of the bargain. He stated that this was fair and he would send a check to me for the agreed upon amount. He never sent the check. This was over a month ago. Will Williams repeatedly disappointed me and took my money for a project that was nothing like what he stated he would make. I strongly advise against working with him.

We were absolutely thrilled with the custom product we received. The email communication was always helpful and near instantaneous. The proprietor was always courteous and did everything necessary to get this project (a gift) right … we could not be more pleased and recommend this vendor unconditionally!!!

My experience with this project was the easiest thing I have ever done on the net. I am a 64 year old computer challenged gal who usually lets her husband do on line ordering…with Will at Covington Iron Works feel free to have your vision come alive. You will know what is going on each step of the way, suggestions on how to make it better, and the value are unmatched. I couldn't be more pleased with the final result. It arrived very timely, and was packed so well I wish I had him when I moved in April!!! I am already looking at 2 different areas for something I will never find at retail. Trust me, this guy is good and I wish I could give him 10 stars and a tip! Darla Scott-Boles
