This was the first time i placed an order from this website so i was a bit skeptical as to how it worked. After a couple of message exchanges with Michelle Skiba i understood the ordering process and paid for this gorgeous hand made book. Michelle was very helpful and was quick to answer any questions i had about the specifics for the book. The time for delivery was very clear from the beginning and was on time! The attention to detail from the moment i placed the order to the moment i opened the package containing our book was truly impressive. The book is even more beautiful in person and delivered exactly what anyone would expect from a custom made product. We will cherish our unique hand made wedding album forever! I absolutely love the book that Michelle made for me!!! It is so beautiful and EXACTLY what I wanted but wasn't finding in any store. However pricey, I know it is the perfect gift for my father's 70th scrapbook memory book. The details are impeccable and the quality is top notch. So happy I found Three Trees Bindery on Custom Made! Beautiful one-of-a-kind artwork! Would definitely work with her again- she is very talented! The only issue was the very slow international shipping process but that was beyond her control.
