I chose Gerald for my project based on what I could see of his work.

From the beginning, he was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He created my product as we agreed. Because I wanted to order many of the same item, I asked for a prototype before placing my order, and he provided one.

From the moment the job was accepted, Gerald communicated at each step along the way, making sure he was making exactly what I had ordered. The shadow box was delivered yesterday and was everything and more than I had imagined. Timeliness and shipping were right on queue. I will likely have more work for Gerald in the future!

Couldn't be happier with the work Gerald did for me with these boards. They came out perfectly and well before the projected completion date. He delivered them himself and made sure that I was happy. We had a small miscommunication and Gerald went out of his way to make sure he finished the project exactly as intended. Will definitely work with him again!!
