Maker Policies
Shipping Policy
Area served: Dallas Metroplex and beyond. Shipping Methods: Most items are large enough that they will go freight. Freight quotes are only estimates at time of proposal. Custom items must be completed, crated and weighed for final shipping quotes and insurance. Any difference in shipping from price quoted will be added to the final payment prior to shipping. You are welcome to prepare your own freight pick up if you prefer, but there will be a crating fee due prior to shipping.
Maker Policy
Refund amounts are based on percentage of work that has been completed as of the time requested. Materials and labor already spend will be deduced from refund amount. Returns are not accepted, as these are custom built pieces that cannot be placed "back on a shelf" for future sale. If there is an issue with damage, breakage or the like...we will work diligently with you and the freight company to have it repaired for you at their cost or have a new item made at their cost as well. Cancellations are accepted as long as no work has begun. Any work that has begun or materials that have been paid for will be deducted from any refunds.
