The pen Chris made for me was absolutely beautiful! The price was excellent for the quality of product Chris made. The communication was quick and easy as we hammered out the details, and the project was completed promptly as well. I would highly recommend Chris, and I hope to be able to work with him again in the future.

Initially the project started out great. There was good communication of progress and input into some features. However, the project ran about 2 weeks longer than originally quoted. Due to the delay, he offered me a discount on the final price so I paid him the discounted balance by check when I picked it up. Then the original balance was automatically deducted from my account so I was not able to get the discount. Also, the cart that came with the trunk as part of the project broke the first day and I had to purchase carriage bolts to repair it. Finally, parts on the inside of the trunk also broke the first day I used it and I had to repair them. I sent an email to him several days ago about the issues and asked if he would reimburse me for the amount I paid over the discounted price and I have not heard back from him.

We are extremely happy with the final product! It was a great experience working with Chris. He was able take my ideas/request and turn it into a reality, making suggestions along the way based on his expertise. I was able to see the product throughout its production and be involved in any issues or possible alternations that came up along the way. I would definitely recommend Chris to others for fantastic custom made products and will be sure to keep him in mind for future needs.

Christopher Holtzer made outdoor cedar side tables to use with existing patio chairs. Great pains were taken to ensure that the curvature of the legs and the various proportions of the table's parts worked perfectly with the chairs. His work was meticulous and completed quickly. We plan to use him again for other projects!

Chris was absolutely amazing to work with! His communication was top notch and his desire to dully exceed your expectations through every step of the process left me fully trusting his craft and skill to create the perfect piece for our home! Our table has been highly praised by all visitors and I continue to spread the word about Chris and his talent while I dream up my next project for him to make!
