Shipping Policy
All depends on material and size. Everything will be insured to max value.
Maker Policy
Refund \~ None Return \~ you would need video and pictures on receiving product. Insurance would have to cover damages during shipping. If you receive and nothing is said. Then it's yours and no return will be issued. Cancellation \~ half of project money must be paid before I begin. Once we agree on project and payment, and project is started there is no return of down payment.
