Maker Policy
In many cases, the projects we do here are one of a kind, designed just for you. Even though we are experienced in our crafts and materials, sometimes things don't go as planned. There is always a chance a project can go past a due date because of a do over or an kink in the design, and that should be an accepted part of ordering something custom. Some items in particular, like concrete castings and anything requiring chemical reactions are most prone to issues at some point in the fabrication process. I'll keep you posted and do my best to stay on schedule, but things happen and it's all part of the process of creating your one of a kind piece. I know what my capabilities are and which projects I am able to complete, based on my skill set. I don't get involved in projects that are outside of my scope. Once a project is delivered, I do not accept returns. Refunds will only be given if I determine, after several attempts, that a project is unbuildable. Cancellations will only be accepted within 2 days of acceptance of the project, once I buy materials and start working I expect to finish and deliver your project.
