Monique was very easy to work with and has excellent artistic skills. I had a simple concept of what I wanted, and she was able to develop and improve upon that for a great finished piece that will be enjoyed for many years.

Monique did an amazing job. I gave her a picture and she matched it exact. she was in contact with me step by step showing me different samples and asking for my preference on the type of glass, constantly sending me pictures of the project. I received my lamp last night and it is just so beautiful. It seems so sturdy and well made too. Monique suggested the lamp while we were working out what to do on another project. The idea of a lamp had never crossed my mind and I am so glad she suggested it. Her glass choices are just perfect and beautiful too. It is just perfect as a memorial piece. It is such a personal and special piece to me, I really love it. Monique was very sensitive to how the project could be difficult for me emotionally at times. She communicated a lot and was just great through the whole process. I have bookmarked custom made and Moniques studios websites for future projects and gift ideas.

This was a great experience. Very good communication and progress reports. It was good to see the pane as it took shape and to have plenty of opportunities to provide my own input and hopes for how it would turn out. The package was well packed and, aside from issues with tthe postal service, arrived on time. It was a pleasure doing business with her and the pane turned out spectacularly!
