Rick, I can't tell you how much I love the name plaque you made for me. It's beautiful! I've shown some of my friends a photo of it and they all agree with me. If I need anything else I'll be sure to let you know. Thank you so much!

I ordered a 1" wood engraved three ring binder. Due to the width of the hinge leafs the binder turned out to be 2" thick and hence, when full, looks empty and the binder came missing a piece of hardware. I may be able to save it by fitting the hinge leafs under the binder ring, drilling new hardware holes and running the spine through a table saw.
The maker seems very sincere but we apparently had a major failure of communication.

Great person to work with; very timely, professional, and open to feedback. Our sign came out great. Would highly recommend Rick for any project.

Rick was very easy to work with and answered our messages very quickly. On this particular project, we had to communicate often and he made our item exactly as we asked. He was willing to do whatever was needed to make sure our project was what we envisioned. AND IT WAS!! I would highly recommend Rick and will use him again for any woodworking projects in my future.
