Shipping Policy
Area served: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. Shipping Methods: Can ship Non-oversized items UPS or USPS nationwide. Can deliver locally.
Installation Policy
Local only - in NJ. If you are a special needs person or a senior over 70yrs old, I will install any item requiring installation - free.
Maker Policy
I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to adjust the design free of charge. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 60 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
