Shipping Policy
I will ship all items w/ a tracking number. You will be able to track your package. In the US, your item will be sent via USPS. All others will be UPS or DHL.
Maker Policy
All initial payment deposits are kept even if you decide after the item is complete that you do not want it. This is because I have spent money on all of the materials as well as the time to make the item. . No refunds or returns unless the item has been damaged in shipping. You will receive pictures of the item before it is shipped for the final okay. Then you will need to send the item back to me and I will gladly remake the item.
