We are an award winning "Green" general contracting firm enjoying our third decade of quality service to the residential and commercial markets. While engaged in this work, we recover, recycle, repurpose, and reuse a wide variety of items that were destined for the landfill. I am a graduate of U.C. Berkeley's Conservation & Resource Program to develop my environmental ethic. On the trade side, I am a life long general contractor (35 years now) that colaborates with my brother who is also a life long general contractor of 35 years. Our number one talent is combining different materials in one-of-a-kind custom designs. As general contractors we have the tools, ability, and workshop to work in a few dozen trades. When we focus these variables in new creative ways, it's pure fun & magic. We bring our client's along for the creative ride on all projects with blog/photography to make darn sure we are exactly meeting your requirements. Mark was great to work with! He responded to my initial request very quickly. My project was on a tight deadline and Mark delivered the project in less than half the time quoted. His skill and craftsmanship is superb. He is very passionate about his work and his longevity in his craft is evident. He was very honest and dedicated about the entire project. He appreciated that I gave him such detailed instructions for my request. Since he is so passionate and very artistic, he strayed a bit from my vision of the project and created something out of scope. The first version was quite beautiful, but not quite what I had asked for. Mark was gracious and understanding and re-did the entire project for me. His exact words were "I just want you to be satisfied and I will do what ever it takes to make you happy." The second version was spectacular and went above and beyond what I had imagined. Shipping Policy
Area served: We ship Nation Wide Shipping Methods: We typically use either UPS or FedEx and provide timely tracking information on all shipments.
Installation Policy
As Licensed general contractors (Cal. #675164) we are happy to provide written bids for custom installations. You are protected by our million dollar liability insurance policy, contractor license bond, and a lifetime of honing our skills.
Maker Policy
It is the business policy of Environmental Builders, Inc. to do everything in our power to eliminate returns & cancellations. We provide exhaustive detailed images and specifications of every custom item we create for the client's review AND APPROVAL, prior to shipping. We do not mass produce identical item. Each item is custom and must be photographed and submitted for customer approval. That said, we are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If a client is unhappy with our products, we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.
