I customarily have anywhere from a two week to six month backlog of work in the shop. The timelines indicated for each project in my portfolio do not include any backlog/ previously scheduled work. I do what I can to accommodate clients' needs, but please do consider the possible backlog of previously scheduled work when looking at the indicated timeframes for each project.

Maker Policies
Shipping Policy
Area served: Primarily the Northeast, but willing to ship in the continental US. Shipping Methods: Where shipping is required, items are shipped insured via the most appropriate carrier. Delivery is available within a 200 mile radius at an additional charge.
Installation Policy
Installation is not customarily required. If necessary and within a 200 mile radius, on-site set-up or assembly is included in any delivery charge.
Maker Policy
All items are custom made to customer specifications. As such, returns are not accepted. An order can be cancelled at any time, however, a 50% deposit is required to start work. If work has not started, I will refund any portion of the deposit that has not already been spent on materials and supplies for the project. If work has started, labor will also be deducted from any refund.
