Shipping Policy
Area served: Large items I will personally deliver within 120 miles of Watertown, South Dakota. For smaller items up to about 60 lbs I can ship nationwide. Shipping Methods: Varies by project.
Maker Policy
We make every attempt to satisfy your needs before shipping or delivering any item. You will be sent photographs of your final project before we ship the product. Once the photographs are approved, your items will then be carefully packaged and shipped to you. Damaged Package: In the unlikely event your item arrives obviously damaged, please photograph the damaged package and contact us immediately. All of our items are fully covered with shipping insurance and we will work with you to resolve the problem, whether it is a replacement or refund. Return Policy: Some of our items are stocked items that we sell as is without any customizations. These items are returnable so long as they are returned unused and in their original packaging. Returns must be received by us within 10 days of our original ship date. We are not responsible for the costs of return shipping. However, as is the nature of this site, almost all our orders are custom ordered items. Custom sized or colored items are not returnable. Cancellation Policy: If, after a custom project has started, you decide to cancel your order, you will be refunded the original deposit amount minus any non-returnable materials we may have already purchased in addition to any labor costs or fees we have incurred working on your project.
