We are always willing to work with you in any way we can. Pre-made items can be exchanged, but return shipping is the buyer's responsibility & items must be returned undamaged & unused. Custom orders are nonrefundable or exchangeable. Small adjustments can sometimes be made depending on the item. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure you are happy with your design before it is created. All shipped items will be insured & we are not responsible for any damage to items during the shipping process. A claim can be made through the carrier. Be assured that we package our items VERY securely :). Many of our items are NOT intended for small children.
