Weber Wood Designs

This is the 2nd project I have done with a Webber Wood Designs and I couldn’t be happier! The quality of craftsmanship is amazing and Dennis is very professional and understands what the customer is looking for. Any future custom made project that we do will be from Webber Wood Designs! Very happy!

Dennis was very professional and easy to work with and the craftsman ship was out stranding I would recommend Weber Wood Design anytime!

This is the first time that I have used Custom Made and Weber Woods and it is also the last. These builders post photos on their profile that do not give a true representation of their work and you have no recourse when the finished product is not completed as described. I ordered a custom made bedroom set from Weber Woods after looking at his profile and talking to Dennis on the phone. Dennis assured me that I would be happy with the finished product. I placed my order the beginning of February 2021 and was given a deliver date of mid April 2021. Dennis was good at communicating progress up until I sent him an email that I am not happy with the furniture that he built; now he will not respond to my messages. He did not deliver the furniture on time; he was two weeks late. The furniture that he built, which I paid $6000. for is not worth $2000. If I saw it on a sales floor I would not even consider it. His skills are amateur at best and nowhere near professional. Here are some of the issues with the furniture that Dennis built. 1. The headboard will not stay on the base. 2. There are gaps where the backer board meets the seams. 3. The drawers do not close flush and or stay closed. 4. There is no backer board on the dressers or nightstands. 5. Two coats of stain should have been used when only one was. 6. The footboard on the bed does not stay in place 7. There was no thought on Dennis' part of make the overall appearance of his work better. I am going to have to figure out how to fix these issues myself or pay someone to do so. Either way, after spending $6000. on the furniture, it is not something that I want or would have expected that I would be doing. And Custom Made told me to reach out to Dennis, which I did and I did not get a reply. So Custom Made is no help either. Will Never Shop Here Again, Christopher

I am extremely happy with our custom bunk beds that Weber Wood Designs made for us. Dennis was great with communication and delivered an extremely high quality piece of work. We searched high and low for bunk beds that would fit our space that had a stairway instead of a ladder. When I saw his design that could be modified to fit our space he took care of the details to make it work. Job well done!

My daughter LOVES her Loft from Weber Designs. I cannot say enough about how professional, courteous, responsive and capable Dennis is. He exceeded our expectations in every way! A few years ago we had a very bad experience with an over priced and poorly constructed bunkbed. We did not want to go through that again. After a rather exhaustive search we settled on Weber Wood Designs. Best decision we could have made! I cannot overstate Dennis' ability, flexibility, on budget and on time. We will be working with Weber Wood Designs again in the near future.

I couldn't be happier with my project completed by Dennis Weber. Not only was he responsive and flexible, he was able to achieve exactly what I wanted for my NC Bunkroom just by seeing a photo. What really impressed me was that it was all done by emails and text msgs back and forth. He gets extra credit for his high level of tolerance during my endless "back-and-forth' in the design phase. I know it had to be maddening for him but he never let it show! The end result was wonderful - I think he is as happy with it as I am! Can't say enough positive things about him!

The bed is absolutely gorgeous and the quality is superior besides fantastic workmanship!!!

We loved working with Dennis! He would always get back to us the same day with any questions we had. The final product (floating walnut vanity) is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It was a pleasure working with Dennis and we plan to work with him again soon.

Weber Wood designs did a fantastic job on our Bunk Beds. The delivery and setup went very well. We couldn't be happier! If we have another wood design project, we will use Denis at Weber Wood Design again.

Customer service and craftsmanship are at a high level with Weber Wood Designs. Dennis's response time with questions is among the best I've experienced. I highly recommend Weber Wood Designs to anyone needing custom wood work done. It was the smoothest custom transaction I've ever experienced.

Dennis did a beautiful job on our custom bed and the interaction with him was terrific from start to finish. He was responsive, patient and flexible. Dennis was happy to adjust the design elements along the way to reflect what we were looking for and built exactly what we wanted. The wood quality was great and our bed is far nicer than anything we could have purchased at a place like Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware. The price was fair and Dennis delivered and assembled the bed himself, even though we live roughly 600+ miles away from him! We recommend him highly and will certainly do other work with him in the future!

We are very happy with the bed. My girls love the bunk beds. We had one issue with the ladder not sitting flush upon delivery due to our queen sized mattress. Dennis took note and made it right and shipped us a new ladder that works perfectly. He even included touch up paint. He was back logged with projects when we ordered so it took a couple months to receive the bed but it was worth the wait.

Mr. Weber went above and beyond to ensure the product was done well and to ensure that we are fully satisfied with his product. I contacted Mr. Weber to build us a custom TV entertainment center, a fairly large piece. After a few conversations I felt very comfortable and had Mr. Weber do a 60 inch work desk with cabinets to the ceiling. Both pieces were exactly what we asked for. I was not sure what to expect since I had not order like this online in the past, but It was a fast and painless experience.

My bookcase turned out just like I wanted! Dennis was easy to communicate with and responded to my questions promptly. The whole process went very smoothly! I definitely recommend Weber Wood Designs.

The workmanship on this project is appallingly poor for the price charged. I ordered because my arthritis no longer allows me to make the boxes myself. The wood still has tool marks and sanding swirls on it....... the finish is sub -standard, and the lining is terrible. I know how hard it is to do a good lining which governed my decision to use another maker. But I will not use this one again. It is just too much money for the level of craftsmanship.

Custom Built Walnut Bathroom Vanity. Wonderful experience, built with superior craftmanship. Spent months looking at vanities and wanted to match our mid-century style decor. Dennis built this exactly to the look I wanted. Will work with him again.

My experience with Weber was not extensive as I was buying a pre-built item. However, the person was very nice and professional to deal with, and if I wanted a similar item in the future, I would go back to them. The item is very nice.

I am very happy with my project. I was not necessarily in a hurry but the project did get pushed out a bit. Dennis and his wife delivered the bunkbeds and made sure all functions were working before they left. Thank you the experience was awesome!
