The board is absolutely useless. It is far to good to be used as a chopping board. I have had to go out and buy a piece of junk so I can just look at Mark's one and cut on the other. I have banned the family from touching it lest it gets finger marks on it. A work of art such as this should be framed and hung on a wall. Shipping Policy
Furniture-Local shipping to South Florida will be delivered personally at a day/time that is convenient for you, including weekends. For long distant shipping we use different freight carriers to deliver your project which included lift gate service to business or residence but no indoor delivery. Cutting Boards ship standard ground carrier. Tracking number will be provided.
Maker Policy
I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to adjust the project free of charge. Projects that you can add to your cart are returnable within 30 days for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Custom orders are non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled or returned. Once the project is complete I will provide photos from different angles for your review. If approved, I will ship the project. If an error is found after delivery I will work with you to correct it, however, shipping will be at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
