Since 2005 Modwoodshop has been specializing in the design and construction of top quality handcrafted fine furniture, unique cabinetry solutions, and custom interior woodwork. A diverse range of influences including Danish modern, Japanese architecture, and the works of Charles and Henry Greene converge in a minimalist aesthetic with a nuanced amount of subtle detail and visual appeal. A pared down approach of updating more traditional styles is also of particular interest.
Of equal importance is a dedication to making conscientious choices when selecting and procuring materials; utilizing local resources as well as salvaged and repurposed goods is always encouraged.
