Maker Policies
Shipping Policy
If you are within a 50 mile radius of the Cincinnati Ohio tri-state area, free shipping is an option. All shipping expenses will be an additional charge to the job and will vary depending upon the size/scale/volume of the project. Every effort will be made by the "fabricator" to figure out these costs before the job(s) begins.
Maker Policy
\-All project(s)/design(s) can be canceled at any time by the "Client" or "Fabricator". In this event, all design work done by the "Fabricator" will remain property of the fabricator. The results of any partially fabricated work will be determined on a case-by-case basis. -All project(s)/design(s) will require the clients "sign off" before work begins. The fabricator guarantees that the goods delivered will meet the agreed upon design. Any "client initiated" changes to the project(s)/design(s) after this "sign off" will result in additional charges. -All project(s)/design(s) will require a deposit which will cover purchasing of all materials and/or hardware and/or finishes. The amount of the deposit will be stated in writing by the fabricator. Any "client initiated" changes enlarging the size/scale/volume of the project will require additional deposit funds and add to the overall cost of the project. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of "client initiated" cancellations. "Fabricator initiated" cancellations occurring after "deposit" event will be returned in full. -The remainder of the project(s)/design(s) job balance is expected upon completion of the fabrication and before shipping/delivery of goods. -All sales are final and non-refundable with the exception being goods with "work defects". These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
