For more than 30 years I have been a manufacturing engineer creating precision parts for aircraft engine, Hubble space telescope, the international space station, Surgical medical devises, and Automotive racing parts and equipment for Top Fuel Drag Racing and Indy Car Racing. I have won multiple National Events in Drag racing and recently won the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500.
I also have a Hobby, a craft with deep passion, creating art out of wood, family heirlooms that will last for generations. Attention to detail and precision, I have continued these traditions in creating decorative boxes and plaques, Each box is constructed using miter joinery, and unique double dove tail Joinery, made to showcase the beautiful wood grain as it flows around the sides of the boxes. All our Boxes and plaques are hand rubbed with Danish oil and polyurethane, and waxed to a satiny finish.
The highlight of each box and plaque is the decorative inlay with beautiful unique material I use 2 types of inlays.
Traditional Marquetry:
Using precision cut beautiful carbon fiber to form a picture that is flush with the top of the wood surface. This material is very beautiful in person and there is no way to capture the beauty in a photo, the photos don't do them justice. If you are looking for that one of a kind look that no one else will have, then these materials will definitely accomplish that goal.
Monogram Inlay:
Letters are engraved into the wood and filled with a black epoxy resin to form a monogram, once sanded down flush with the wood the look is amazing.
Over the years, I have taught my wife, Lisa to work with me. She does all the wood finishing as well as communicating with the customers….the job she really enjoys!

Maker Policies
Shipping Policy
Our boxes and Plaques are mailed USPS, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number as soon as we ship the product The fee for shipping most of our Boxes and Plaques within the United States is approximately $10 - $18 depending on the size and weight of the package. Our customers are responsible for all shipping cost.
Maker Policy
If you are not fully happy with your purchase, please contact us. We will work with you to make sure you are happy with our product. If the box or plaque was damaged during shipping we will repair it, if we are unable to repair it we will replace it at no cost to you, or issue you a refund If at anytime your box or plaque happens to get damaged please contact us and we will repair it. we will charge a small repair fee. all out boxes and Plaques are custom made. Completion times usually run about 1 week for the plaques, and up to 3+ weeks for the Boxes depending on the style of the box. We will keep you informed of our progress during the construction of you project with e-mails, pictures, and any information you need.
