When the door was ready for delivery we had not closed on the house yet. He worked with me to get the door delivered to our sales representative who was able to get it installed before we closed. The cabinet was nice looking, however, It arrived damaged. Jonathan was extremely slow in responding and would send me new pieces to repair the cabinet but this never happened and he stopped responding. Really unacceptable customer service.

Maker Policies
Shipping Policy
Items custom made are shipped via USPS, palletized freight, or personally delivered by Longhorn Woodworks & Supply professionals. Longhorn Woodworks & Supply will make all efforts to ensure prior to shipment that all customer information is gathered and provided to the shipping company. Upon shipment of an order customer will be provided with a tracking number based upon the shipping company used for the order. Once an item has left Longhorn Woodworks & Supply it is up to the customer to proactively follow the shipment tracking status. For orders shipped via freight, freight company requires direct contact with customer via phone to set up delivery date/time. If the shipping company does not reach the client by phone to arrange delivery, the delivery company will not make delivery. It is up to the customer to provide an accessible contact number, and to answer the phone/return the call when freight company contacts customer. Builder, Longhorn Woodworks & Supply, is not responsible for any missed calls by the client and shipping agency or complications making delivery to the client.
Maker Policy
I take great pride in every item I make and make every stride to ensure 110% customer satisfaction on all projects. Due to the high cost of materials and extensive amount of labor hours that go into ensuring each project is exactly as the customer desires, custom work is non-refundable. I will ensure prior to shipment that the item is exactly as the customer desired. Once final payment has been made and product has been sent out for shipment custom projects cannot be cancelled. A refund will not be administered after a item has left Longhorn Woodworks & Supply for shipment/delivery.
