About Us: At POP Lampshades, we design and manufacture bespoke, hand-made lampshades with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Founded by Jackie Noreña, a third-generation lampshade expert from Mexico City, POP Lampshades brings a unique blend of heritage craftsmanship and avant-garde design to every piece. Jackie honed her skills under her mother, who created high-end lampshades for interior designers in Beverly Hills, and now she continues this legacy with a fresh, creative vision.

Shipping Policy
POP Lampshades Shipping Policy At POP Lampshades, we take pride in delivering your custom, hand-crafted lampshades with care and attention to detail. Please read our shipping policy below to ensure a smooth delivery process. Processing Time All custom lampshades are made to order. The production time for custom orders is typically 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Once your lampshade is completed, we will carefully package it for shipping. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Shipping Methods & Rates We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, package size, and delivery speed. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available upon request for an additional fee. International Shipping We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates vary depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may be longer, and customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with their order. Packaging Every lampshade is packaged securely using eco-friendly materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take extra care to protect fragile items during transit. Shipping Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, POP Lampshades is not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you promptly. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow the progress of your delivery. Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or a refund. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Returns and Exchanges Since all lampshades are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right.
