About My Business: I launched my company in 2013 to customize garments for women that dress to please themselves. We value customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best service possible.
What We Do: We offer custom dress making. Our sizes range from Extra Small to Extra Large. Our strength is in couture hand embroidery which is executed with the help of skilled artists using top quality elements.

I am very happy with the dress that was created for me by Lavanya Coodly. It is stunning. Her embroidery is amazing! I sent her very few pictures of what I had in mind, and she was able to create a beautiful wedding dress. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars in expertise is because the buttons on the back of the dress did not stay clasped. All night the back of my wedding dress was popping open and I believe that if they were done differently, it would've prevented this issue. Lavanya handled this very professionally though and offered to fix the dress free of charge. Everything else was perfect and she had sent me a very detailed measurement request that I believe was extremely important through this process. The dress fit perfectly and I still receive compliments. I was hesitant to work with someone so far away but Lavanya made this experience very easy! This was my first experience using custommade.com and because it went so well, I will continue to use this site. I still cannot believe that I had a beautiful, quality, custom made wedding dress to wear on my special day. Lavanya was very affordable and her pricing is fair. She was patient through the process and very kind in her communication. I would absolutely recommend her and I plan to work with her again in the future.

We ship worldwide via a track-able Courier service (USPS, UPS, DHL) within the USA, Western Europe and Asia.

A custom order is a very time consuming and exacting process. Accurate measurements, clear communication and a well fitting garment are required from all clients in order to begin an order. We place margins inside to allow for a one size increase. We use only top quality fabrics in all constructions. PRICE QUOTATION: An initial price quotation is an estimate. Only when a construction begins and proceeds, are we able to ascertain the true cost based on raw material and labor prices. Please bear with us and be prepared to receive a revised costing. If a design change is requested after we begin, there will most likely be price change as well. We try our very best to bring the best value to our customer. CHANGES: Once stitching has begun, we cannot make major changes to a design. Minor changes are always accommodated. CANCELLATION: Once stitching has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. We choose the right to cancel an order under certain conditions. Please see below. RETURNS: We do not accept returns on a custom order. MEASUREMENTS: All customers are expected to give us correct and complete measurements as requested. Incomplete and wrong measurements will result in an ill fitting garment. OTHER: We work very hard to bring a client's dream outfit into reality. We treat all our team members with respect and value their talent greatly. Rudeness towards any member of our team or myself and unreasonable demands will not be tolerated and is grounds for terminating an order without a refund. PLEASE NOTE: We take the utmost pride and care in all creations. Customer satisfaction and loyalty is very important to us. We strive to provide the best service possible to each client.
