I had seen a similar unit in an airport a while ago and Matt managed to recreate it from a photo – but for outdoor use. From start to finish Mark was extremely helpful and was great at asking clarifying questions and providing timely updates. The end result was exactly as I had imagined and the quality is top notch. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to fix the problem at the cost of shipping only. If you live within a manageable driving distance it will be free of charge. However, if you notice any damage at the time of delivery "do not accept the package". Tell the driver you do not want to accept due to damage and I will file a claim with carrier and get you a full refund of your money and/or rework your project. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled.
