Shipping Policy
Shipping Area served: USA & CA Shipping Methods: Shipping & Handling: Freight charges will vary for each item depending on the piece, distance, weight and primarily size. Items will be shipped by Common Carrier - either blanket wrapped or crated. Shipping fees cannot be accurately quoted until the piece(s) have been made. Fees are based on crated dimensions and weight. Shipping fees can be 25% - 30% of total fabrication costs on average. Products Damaged In Shipment: Please inspect your item for damage before signing the shipping documents. Notify us immediately. Please keep all packaging materials until a resolution is reached.

I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to adjust the design free of charge. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled.
