We are a small Mom and Pop business specializing in simple farm house rustic style furniture. Everything is built by hand in our barn shop, and we re-purpose as much as possible. Most of our rustic wood is re-claimed barn wood or potato box wood. We also use some Amish milled wood.

We submitted our plans for bids and received a competative bid from Dana Deans which we accepted. Communicaion with Dana was very good through out the project. We emailed questions and answers back and forth concerning the design until we had it right. The project was only slightly behind schedule but even then Dana emailed us in advance and told us of the delay which was because they moved their shop. The finished project was shipped and now sits in our home. During shipment there was minor damage to a magnetic latch. They promptly shipped us a new magnetic latch. The piece looks great and is exactly what we were looking for and we are very happy with the the armoire and Dana's work. Very well done. I highly recommend them.

The sign just arrived. It looks good for size but there are a couple of issues. The eggs that were to be illustrated as commas in the address are not there. Also, the image of the pig and hen are more washed out and blurry than expected.

Shipping Policy
We ship to the lower 48 states. We use FedEx for most of our shipping. Smaller items may go U.S. mail. Very large Items may go Freight.

Cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Due to the unique quality of custom items, this lowers resale value. Cancellations on custom orders will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. We value your happiness with our items. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just send it back to us unaltered and we'll replace it or refund your purchase price. There are no refunds on shipping. Buyer pays return shipping. We absolutely do not offer partial refunds under any circumstances. Items must be returned within 7 business days. If damage has occurred during shipping, please contact us immediately with detailed photos of the damage, including photos of the carton, so that we may file a damage claim. Again, there will be no partial refunds given under any circumstances. It is our deepest desire to have happy customers. Refunds on purchase price will be given upon return of the item within 7 business days. Customers will need to provide tracking numbers in order to ensure compliance with our policies.
