Hello, My name is Brittani Rose and paper has always been my favorite medium to work with. Starting at a very young age, I loved to create and cut out my own paper dolls to play with and make cards for every holiday. In fifth grade a local newspaper sponsored a holiday art contest, and I won first place with a scene cut from paper. As a teenager, it was all about paper collage and creating unique book covers, art and portraits from my mom’s beautiful paper collection and magazines

• • SHIPPING • • Everything from Brittani Rose is packaged with tender loving care! Your paper illustrations are sealed in plastic and nestled in a bed of bubble wrap and kraft paper. All orders will receive a confirmation email and tracking number once shipped. Please remember, I cannot guarantee shipping dates quoted by the USPS. It generally takes 5 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, after the package leaves my hands the timing is completely out of my control. // International Shipping / Ships 7-10 days internationally. Please note that International shipping is not guaranteed to arrive within this time frame and can sometimes be unpredictable (VERY, very unpredictable at times, as packages tend to get held up in Customs) International buyers will be responsible for any taxes due for sending an item oversees. Once the package leaves the USA I am unable to track its location.

• • REFUNDS • • Due to my work being individually custom made for each client, I am not able to accept returns. When customers are happy, I am happy, so my number one goal is to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. That is why it is extremely crucial to communicate with me fully and provide as many photos and as much detail as possible. If there are any issues with your order, please send me a message and I'll be happy to discuss options with you. • • CANCELATIONS • • You have 24 hours to cancel orders to receive a full refund. Once the order has been placed for 24 hours a refund can not processed but a store credit can be applied for a later date. Please remember that these illustrations are a fun and quirky way to capture your family, friends, or pets. While the nature of my style is to create the likeness of your family based on the photos provided, it is not realism. I do my best to personalize each and every paper person/pet to be identified to each given person. I have a very limited selection of skin color tone papers to choose from so understand that I try to get the likeness of each skin tone but it may not be identical to each individual. Please note that as with any paper item, the portrait may fade if exposed to prolonged periods of sunlight and the paper may spoil if it gets wet.
