Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First or Priority Class Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS basic Air Mail. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with notification and the tracking number.

Maker Policy
Refunds, minus the shipping cost, can be processed within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed upon the return of the goods. Refunds on personalized items will be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the return postage. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. Photographic proof of the damages will be required to file a claim with the mail carrier.
