Upon receipt of items purchased, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund for eligible merchandise (excludes custom upholstered, custom-cut, non-custom furniture, lighting fixtures) within 10 days from receipt of items.
