Tuyen is amazing! She is extremely talented and worked well on my project! It is beautiful; however, when it was delivered, one of the characters were broken and had some damage to it. Tuyen rectified the situation and offered suggestions to fix the figurine. I would recommend her services!

Such a great experience and the end product is so adorable. We are thrilled. The puppies ears chipped off in shipping but they were so delicate. We can glue them so it’s ok. I will recommend again for sure.

The maker was awesome did a great job. I feel bad for giving the review but the product was broken if the maker can contact me that would be great.

She made the image of my wedding cake toppers come true. Her suggestions added to the project while staying in line with my original concept to ensure it was everything I wanted and more.

Absolutely wonderful!! So easy to talk to and even though there was a bump in the road regarding a detail that I did not realize my picture had appeared darker than it actually was, she corrected it right away! I absolutely LOVED getting updates! Especially watching it come together with all the progress pictures though out the whole project. And despite others had shipping problems (I.e. broken) which I told her in the beginning was a concern to me, she recommended a glue if such thing were to happen. Even though shipping and handling is out of her care; She did her very best to make sure my cake topper arrived safe and sound. :) Definitely, MOST DEFINITELY would recommend her!

If the finished project had survived shopping, it would have been perfect. I would work with her again in a heartbeat. She was wonderful. The work she did was fantastic. Just how things go sometimes. She did everything we asked her to.

It was very easy to work with Tuyen. She made sure everything I asked for was taken care of. It was finished very quick. The only thing that wasn't great was the boat got here broken because of shipping but I know it wasn't her fault. I got the glue she recommended and we will fix it before the wedding. :)

Tuyen was so great to work with in creating a custom wedding cake topper. She sent photographs of the clay characters at various stages of completion so I knew what I was getting and could alert her to any changes and what not prior to her firing the clay, finalizing, and shipping. My fiancé LOVED seeing our two cats incorporated into the topper and, yes, I'll admit, we both cried when we held the little black cat figure, whose real-life counterpart passed away last March, between the engagement and wedding, but who is still very much a part of our family - and now the celebration, too, wild-eyed and smiling and happy like we remember her. Tuyen delivered what she promised, when she promised it, and at an affordable price. I would definitely suggest her to others and work with her again!

If you are looking for unique cake toppers to really show case you and your partners love, look no further!We absolutely loved the cake toppers we received!! She was very knowledgeable with the materials, and communicated every three days with updates on the progress of the project! She also provided photos throughout the process. They arrived in perfect condition, earlier than expected, and we absolutely adore our cake toppers and cannot wait until our special day.

My experience with Tuyen Mai was wonderful!. She is very thorough, professional, and timely. I got my cake topper today in the mail and it looks wonderful! I can't wait to show my sister and her fiancé. I would definitely do business with Tuyen Man again if i ever need to!

Tuyen was a delight to work with and communicated in a very timely manner. She did a great job making our cake topper according to how we envisioned it. Tuyen was sweet, caring and professional. Only problem was, that it did not survive the shipping and arrived broken into many pieces. My husband spent a lot of time using epoxy to put it back together. The material must have been very fragile. Luckily he got the basic parts of it reassembled but he had to improvise a bit. Some of the broken pieces were too tiny to work with.

Tuyen did an amazing job on our wedding cake topper. She brought our idea to life and we are thrilled with the finished product. She was very flexible and sent us pictures throughout the whole process. She was able to make adjustments to the figures as she went before finalizing their shape. She answered promptly whenever I messaged and her price was very reasonable. The shipping was quick and there were no issues. We would definitely order from her again. Great job!
