I just received my product and it’s exactly what I wanted. Turned has done a great job. She has been sending me pictures though out the whole process. Very satisfied.

Absolutely wonderful!! So easy to talk to and even though there was a bump in the road regarding a detail that I did not realize my picture had appeared darker than it actually was, she corrected it right away! I absolutely LOVED getting updates! Especially watching it come together with all the progress pictures though out the whole project. And despite others had shipping problems (I.e. broken) which I told her in the beginning was a concern to me, she recommended a glue if such thing were to happen.
Even though shipping and handling is out of her care; She did her very best to make sure my cake topper arrived safe and sound. :)
Definitely, MOST DEFINITELY would recommend her!

Tuyen is amazing! She is extremely talented and worked well on my project! It is beautiful; however, when it was delivered, one of the characters were broken and had some damage to it. Tuyen rectified the situation and offered suggestions to fix the figurine.
