My passion with woodworking began in high school. After years of playing with it I ended up making an entertainment center, bookcase Adirondack chairs and other furniture. I have always been mystified with technology and precision. I finally realized that I got it from my dad who worked on the Apollo missions and used a slide rule.
Over a year ago I purchased a numerically controlled router or CNC. The machine makes extremely accurate cuts, grooves and shapes. I generate the work on amazing software, export it to the machine and go to work (I wish it was that
easy). I also do graphic art on Photoshop and utilize it with the CNC software. With that combination I have three powerful tools, and the good thing is I know how to use them. This gives my customers an excellent dollar value. I am specializing in custom plaques, address plaques,
clocks, small and large signs.

- I am meticulous about work here is an example. Wood is leveled, engraved, engraving is cleaned up it is sanded and sealer applied, then sanded again. Finish is put on and the surface is sanded then repeated two more times,
finally it is polished. - I purchase my wood directly from the mill at wholesale prices and many species are available. Oak,cherry, walnut, hickory and live edge cedar.

I thought I knew what I wanted, but Steve was able to take my vision a step farther, and bring a final project to a beautiful conclusion. We had a small confusion with the size, but Steve made it good and even sent me the "wrong" version as a token to make up for the small delay (but well within my timeline). We had almost daily email conversations, and he followed my request to send the final version to a friend... It's a gift, so I have some time before it will be presented to my wife. But in the end, I know this is a special piece, and that it was custom made by an artist, and not a machine.

Shipping Policy
I use USPS, UPS and FedEx. If item is under 10 lbs. and 22" x 22" x 6" in most cases I will include FREE SHIPPING in the Continental United States.
Maker Policy
I will accept returns for a legitimate reason, such as shipping damage, quality of materials and craftsmanship or mistakes made on my behalf. Since my products are made out of wood, and hand finished or painted there may be minor flaws in the grain or small nicks or knots that are in the wood itself. I try to use the highest quality products available and am meticulous about workmanship. Since these products are custom made I will send you a preview image of the product before it is produced.
