I ordered a sign as a Christmas gift/housewarming gift for my parents. I was pretty much clueless as to what the dimensions should be, different wood edging, fonts, etc., and Allan was so incredibly helpful! I also had no idea how this website worked and he gave me some tips at the beginning. He was very prompt at getting back to me when I had questions, completed the project in a timely manner (I'm sure he had a lot of orders with Christmas around the corner), and sent me a picture of the finished image (along with example images during the planning phase). It's shipping USPS and he provided a tracking number. The price was very comparable to other quotes I received (and other websites I checked out). All in all, super happy with the experience and will definitely reach out to AllMar Woodcraft for any other woodworking projects I need.

Shipping Policy
Shipping is at the buyers expense. I will make every effort to ship at the most reasonable cost and will provide the cost and carrier prior to an agreement for work.
Maker Policy
I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to adjust the design free of charge. Custom work is comittment and should be considered before an agreement is reached, however from time to time circumstances arise. Any cost of materials purchased for a custom project is the responsibility of the buyer who made the agreement but at my discretion cancilations can be made and return of any payment over the cost of materials and fees can be made. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
