Shipping Policy
Regular Delivery is available within a 200 mile radius of Los Angeles, Ca. Shipping out of state (US Only) is arranged via an outsourced shipping company best suited for your product and location. A local delivery company in your city is arranged and scheduled upon arrival to your city. I highly recommend always purchasing the shipping insurance. Inspections are done before the shipping company picks up with photos provided to you. Just in case of any damage during the shipping process, it is always Better to be Safe! But do not worry, this is a rare occasion. Everyone from the shop to the shipping company takes great effort to make sure your product is delivered safely.
Maker Policy
Because custom orders are custom made to your specifications, there are no refunds as there would be with any mass produced product. Once your deposit is received, materials for building are immediately ordered, since material orders cannot be reversed once cut, we cannot accept any cancellations once the order is placed. Fabric Dye lots from the fabric mills can and sometimes do vary slightly from the fabric sample I myself am provided with. You can request a Dye lot sample off of the roll of fabric your fabric would be cut from, know this step can add a week to the overall lead time, but is suggested if any slight shade off from the sample provided would disrupt your vision. Most people do not request dye lots, in most cases, if there is any slight difference from the sample, it does not go noticed or effect the desired outcome of the decor. If you are matching something exact to existing drapes (example) the sofa would be sitting directly in front of you and you need exact.. I would then suggest a dye lot sample. With this, if you choose to not request a dye lot sample and the shade is slightly off, this is Not considered grounds for a return or refund. Wood finishes vary as well.. Our wood stainers are experts in what they do and match stains for 8 hours a day five days a week. The wood sample you are provided is typically the 2 -3" size piece of wood. Know that natural threads through wood accept the stain differently. Which is why walnut wood carries such beautiful color threads. Unless you received something that is unmistakably not the finish you selected, variations in stain are as true to form as water is wet. Please be sure to review your samples and make confident selections. There are no refunds or returns if you receive what you selected. Lead times are always approximate. How soon we receive your fabric, how many orders are in progress at the time your order is placed and how long shipping takes to your city are factors that effect arrival time. 4-6 weeks is a typical lead time but can arrive as soon as two weeks or as long as 8 weeks. Customer service is taken very seriously and every effort will always be made to assist you are happy with the final outcome.
