About Me:
C Nelson Workshop is a family owned business. It is my husband and I who work together out of our home. After my husband got out of the military in 2011, he became disabled to were he was not able to work outside of the home. He needed a hobby and he enjoyed working with his grandfather as a child with woodworking. To keep him busy, we started off on just making wooden items for friends and family but it started to get expensive for his hobby. So I decided to turn it into a business. This way he gets to feel like he is still contributing for the family.
We do restorations. Also we buy, sell, trade, consign, and find antiques/vintage items. We handmade scarfs, quilts, and clothes (Civil War Era hand sawn no machine). Plus woodworking of all kinds.
We get our wood locally from lumber companies in our county. We hand make every item we make. Each piece is unique because of the wood. There will be knots and other natural display on the wood this is not a defect this is the beauty of nature.

Shipping Policy
We ship all over the United States. Some of our larger items are Free shipping. We use USPS for our main shipping but we have gone through FedEx and UPS. We do personal deliver to locals within 150 miles of Waverly, TN. We can deliver further but have to add a delivery charge depending on how far away it is.

Maker Policy
We will refund if the item is damaged from shipping. Other refunds on our items if it shows it was a defect. There is no refund on Shipping. Item has to be returned to get the refund. Please contact us first before leaving any feedback if you are unhappy with the item you purchase so we can have a chance to fix the problem if there is one. Returns can be made with the damage of shipping or a defect. When it is a defect just like the damage we will need pictures to show the defect. Items can be returned if notice is within 48 hours of receiving item. There is a 10 day period for the time you received the item from the time we get the return back. We do not pay for shipping to for returns or shipping for exchanges. Custom orders are not refundable unless there is damage caused by the shipping or a defect. If there is knots or other natural display this is not damage or defect. There will be no refund on this. Cancellation has to be done within 24 hours of the order to get 100% refund. After 24 hours up to 48 hours, we will refund 50% unless it is custom order or we have already started the work
