Built Custom Carpentry is a full service design and build firm for all types of woodworking and carpentry. We offer services in the construction of built in cabinets, custom cabinets, custom furniture, and other items. With both internal capabilities and our extensive network of other trades, we additionally offer services in veneering/marquetry, as well as glass doors especially divided light and stained glass. If you want a one of a kind custom piece, we can do it for you.

Shipping Policy
We can ship worldwide for standalone pieces. Built ins are limited to the Chicagoland area.

Maker Policy
For each project, there are certain costs, some of which are non-refundable. We require a non-refundable 10% design fee from the total budget. This fee allows us the time necessary to create drawings, source lists, and approvals for the work. You will have this as part of the project. 40% of the total project fee will be collected prior to starting construction. This amount is also non refundable as it is for obtaining materials for the project. The final payment of 60% is due at delivery -local, or prior to shipping. If shipping, client will approve pre ship photos. Custom pieces are non returnable. If any damage is noted, we file claims with shipping.
