About Me
My name is Thomas Matter, I'm a trained engineer turned woodworker. I apply all of my knowledge and meticulous attention to detail to creating heirloom quality pieces that meet my clients needs and demands from both and engineering and design point of view. It is my greatest joy working with clients all the way through the process from the CAD design stage to picking out a finish.
I work with other designers, woodworkers, metal workers and machinists to bring ideas to life.

Maker Policies
Shipping Policy
I deliver my furniture to the Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas areas. I also ship outside of these areas and use different services depending on the piece and final destination. Generally, the larger pieces are custom freight quotes while smaller items can be shipped via FedEx or UPS.
Installation Policy

Maker Policy
I require a 50% materials deposit to place your project on my waiting list and to begin the design process. The balance is due before shipping. The deposit is fully refundable until we begin the design process. After which half is refundable until materials are purchased. Once materials are purchased, the deposit is non-refundable. Once the piece has shipped, no refunds are available unless there are flaws in the workmanship or design deviations that clearly differ from the provided computer renderings.
