Shipping Policy
Special or custom orders will depend on shop work load, most custom or personalized orders are shipped with in 2 weeks of order placement. Production time can vary greatly with our current workload. We ship mostly USPS priority mail. Tracking an order After we ship your package and receive tracking information, we will email you the tracking numbers and the carrier. You can then track every movement of your package until it arrives at your home or place of business.

Most of our items are personalized in some manner, therefore we can not accept returns. If there is a problem with one of our products such as a misspelled word on a personalized item, we will send you a replacement item at no charge. \*\*\*DAMAGED ITEMS\*\*\* If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping you must contact us and let us know with in three days of receiving it. We will work with you and the shipper to either refund or replace the item. \*\*\*CANCELLATIONS\*\*\* WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR A CANCELED ORDER ONCE WORK HAS BEGAN ON THE PIECE.
