Hornbeam Customs is customs down to the final detail. We don't just stop at one venture we welcome it all and would like to welcome more with anything thing your mind can conjure. We have multiple skills at hand given Woodworking, a Leathersmithing, Blacksmithing and Welding just to name some. People on the team have done all levels of theses skills down to even braiding a bullwhip in house. There truly is nothing we won't take on. We want to make dreams come true and we love to gain that knowledge of the next skill we may have not been exposed to yet. Everyone on the team finds great pleasure in creating anything you may want. Shipping will be continental United States only. We will use the most practical shipping option for the given customer.

Refunds can be handle on a case by case situation. We want to follow a high moral code and will make things right to the best of our ability. Returns will be strict. Each project will go through a strenuous design phase so the customer knows exactly what is coming leaving nothing out and hopefully leaving everyone with no surprise and no reason to return anything. Cacellation can be done given a product has not started the building phase if the materials have already been ordered those materials can be used for future projects. If the projected has started being built though it must be finished. Given what the piece is, there is a possibility of a late cancellation for the piece could be sold to another willing costumer.
