I've always loved woodworking. Since the first episode of "This Old House" when I was a kid, I've been fascinated with it; something about Norm and his accent I guess. In 8th grade I took wood shop and from then on I was lured deeper into the trade.

I became a licensed contractor in 2013 here in the state of Florida. It has it's challenges at times dealing with the strict building codes but I think it has made me a better person. After learning what is right vs the way I've been doing it is very humbling to say the least.

For almost 30 years, I've worked in every skill of my trade including framing, finish carpentry, cabinet making, solid surface countertops and furniture building. I decided to build my own workshop behind my house here in Naples, FL, about 7 years ago and have been creating art there ever since…
