Welcome to Rustic Pup! Our story begins in 2019 when dad Patrick Taylor ruptured his disc while remodeling homes and needed back surgery. We knew his days of heavy construction were over. But Patrick still dreamed of building things. One day, he surprised our family with a rustic, hand-stained wooden sofa table that was also a crate for our dogs Cooper and Daisy. He had replaced our ugly wire crate with a spacious, luxurious home that blended into our décor.
A family affair
The new venture allows us to be creative and work together. Our 11-year-old son drills holes while Patrick cuts wood. Our 10-year-old and 16-year-old daughters love to sand and stain the furniture. Mom Tabitha helps customers design the perfect crate for their dogs and cats. We transform them into rustic sofa tables, TV stands, banquet, entry and end tables, and accent pieces. We are grateful that Rustic Pup gives us the freedom to homeschool our children and support their competitive dance and tennis sports. Thank you for supporting our family owned and operated business

Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy: When you place an order we will ship to the address designated by you as long as that shipping address can accept packages. Rustic Pup Crates reserves the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service, and/or to refuse service to any customer. Shipping costs are calculated based on your address, the dimensions and weight of the crate/item. Rustic Pup Crates uses a third party company for all shipping. The crates will be blanket wrapped for the best protection during transport. The shipping company will bring your items inside at time of delivery, however it will be up to you to place in the final location of your home/office. All kennels are fully insured.
Maker Policy
All Orders Are Final. We process orders upon receipt of information and will give you an estimated ship date. All orders are final except for delays caused by our company. If the delay is caused by us, you will be given the option to cancel your order before production begins. If the delay is caused due to missing information from you, we will process your order as soon as your information is received. All orders are final even if they are delayed once production begins on the product you ordered. We do not issue refunds for delays caused with shipping. Once the item has been built we can no longer offer refunds unless the item is lost in shipping or totaled in shipping and you choose a refund over a new unit.
