For Cherry Hanging Bathroom Cabinet
I do not recommend working with this maker - buyer beware! Our contract stated he would make the piece out of solid cherry wood. What I got was doors made of Luaun - a very cheap, ugly, and thin plywood. The backing over the front shelf was also made of Luaun that was face-nailed on (bad work). In addition, the craftsmanship was truly terrible. The doors are not the same sizes in length or width, one is warped and for all of these reasons, they can never hang evenly on any dimension and have an uneven gap between them top to bottom. There is snipe on the boards as well (if you are a woodworker, you will be familiar with that). He did pack the piece well and the cherry wood he did use was very pretty, but the cabinet is unusable. I asked to return the cabinet, and he said no. I told him that I at least needed new doors, and he never replied again even though I sent pictures to show the problems. Caveat emptor - don't do business with this shop. I lost out on this deal completely. In addition, Custom Made will not get involved at all even though the contract was not upheld - they say they vet their makers, but I don't know how since this shop's craftsmanship is so very poor. They take their cut and then you are on your own. You have no recourse. It's better to deal with a maker you know - whose shop you can visit. Learn from my mistake.

Derald Smith is a true craftsman when it comes to woodworking. His attention to detail and fine finishing gave us the custom piece we were looking for. He is an excellent communicator and makes a great effort to provide good service. He packaged our custom shelf extremely well, so that it arrived in perfect condition, even after traveling across country. He is an all-around professional, and we would recommend him highly to anyone seeking fine custom woodwork or furniture.

Shipping Policy
I ship worldwide. Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail of FedEx and will depend upon weight and size of the item.
Maker Policy
I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to adjust the design free of charge. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 15 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
