For Plaque Project5.0What i liked about working with Rick was that he was able to give me some images of how the project would look. Also, when i received the plaque the lettering was not quite as deep as I wanted so Rick just had me send it back. He deepened the lettering to just what i had wanted and did not even charge me for the extra work. it is obvious that he really wants to get it done right. all in all - a great job for a very reasonable price.
