Chainsaw Carved Bear Mailbox. This was a request from a customer via Facebook. As with any carving near the road, theft is always a concern, so I cut a hole in the base of the carving to fit a 4X4. A 4X4 was then cemented into the ground at the appropriate distance from the curb. The carving was placed over the 4X4, and timber screws were then driven into the base of the carving to attach it to the 4X4, making it more difficult to be taken.

In the woods of Northern New Jersey, Wyatt Harrison, a master wood worker, took on a new direction in 2015 and cut his first log into a chainsaw carving. After seeing the personality of his carvings come to life and his creativity began to flourish, he attended many craft events. It was then that Wyatt saw how much his carvings brought a smile to someone's face and how much they meant to someone.
"My wife would give my bears a name, she made tags that said "Please look after this bear," and gave them hats or scarves. I could not believe how much people connected with them, and how quickly I sold my carvings. I loved the photos and compliments I received on my carvings as well, it really made me feel good that someone had a piece of my creativity in their homes."
Wyatt started carving logs into trees and pumpkins, then ventured onto carving bears. His carving ability and designs enabled him to create bears in such a unique way, each having their own personality but with that signature look. After a year of carving bears, Wyatt is now carving eagles, tree houses, custom pieces, and carved signs. Building a growing reputation, Wyatt's work is featured at local garden centers, craft shows and at his wood shop in Hewitt NJ.

For The D Strumstick (Anyone Can Play)This shopping and buying experience was very positive. The instrument is beautiful. My son ended up not being home for his birthday so he's not yet received this gift. I expect that he will be really surprised at such a unique gift.

For Manufacturer Of The Mcnally StrumstickHad a series of questions to make sure the wood and design was exactly what I wanted and they were very patient and clear in their explanations. Hence, the Strumstick was perfect aesthetically and a blast to play! It's a great choice.
