Area served: Northern New Jersey and the surrounding area. Shipping to anywhere in the USA can be arranged at buyers expense. Shipping Methods: For freight we ship with Fed-Ex, for all others we ship UPS or USPS

Custom work refunds are at my discretion depending on the amount of personalization. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All wood carvings will crack, it is the nature logs to do so as they dry and add character to the carving and make each one unique. I do my best to predict where a crack will most likely show, and carve the log accordingly so that the crack will not intersect an important part of the carving such as the face. Therefor, refunds for cracked carvings will be at my discretion. Cracks can be repaired for a small fee after the carving has had time to stabilize. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 60 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
